That being said our challenge is a little different then we first expected! Since we were approved by Alberta Ed for the new school build the world has definitely changed. The term social distancing is our new norm. Most of us have had to learn a lot about technology that we didn’t know before. Virtual meetings, facetime and good old phone calls have become the way we communicate.
We have been presented with a once in a lifetime task of building it better and we can’t let anything stop us! Our team recognizes that this is a hard time for many but we have to embrace our current circumstances and shoot for the stars!
Our first priority is bleacher space with gym floor. When we surveyed the communities it was evident that this was very important! I am excited to see us achieve this first goal and move onto the next!
